Journal #3

1. What are two things you do that demonstrate good time management and how have these practices helped you?
-Two things I do that help me demonstrate time management are I keep a planner and I do my homework and events in the order they are due and how long they'll take to complete. Keeping a planner has helped me to remember what assignments ate due when and when I get my harder work done first it makes me more confident in my other work which makes me work fast!

2. What specific challenge do you face in managing your time or succeeding in college? What are two actions you can take to address this issue?
- One specific challenge of time management I face is remembering exactly what I have do to. I'll do part of an assignment and then give up and forget to come back to it. Two actions to help fix this would be to force myself to complete the assignment then and there and also to take advantage of tutors and office hours for that specific class.

3. List two "core competencies" employers look for and describe how you can further develop these traits in yourself while attending Westminster College.
- Two core competencies employers look for are respect and responsibility. Being here at Westminster I think I can learn the most about respect by simply being kind to people I don't particularly care for. Living with diverse people can cause problems but I am challenging myself to get along with and respect all people. Also, with responsibility, I think the greatest indicator for that would simply be showing up to class and doing the work.
